Toyota is among the top automotive companies in the world and recently they have announced their sales and production plans for the year 2012. Toyota has been providing this information all the time and since it is the end of the year for 2011 Toyota has announced their sales and production figures for the upcoming year across the market. These sales and production figures includes Lexus and Toyota brands.
As per the information provided by Toyota the company aims to have worldwide sales of 20% more than the current year. This means that the company is focusing on more vehicles and more releases in the year 2012. The company has provided a difference of sales between their Japan sales and overseas sales. Toyota Motor Corporation has confirmed that they would like to focus on Japan market and therefore they will increase the sales by 28% for the year 2012, wherelse they will increase the sales for the overseas market by 19% for the upcoming year. Toyota has also mentioned that all the Japan sales include mini vehicles and vehicles that are produced outside Japan for Japanese market.
On the other hand, the company has focused on improving their production globally by 24% and they will be focusing more on the overseas market and would like to improve it by 25% wherelse the Japan production would improve by 23% for the year 2012. Toyota has also provided a break up of they would like to see the company growing in the future.
