In the last few years, we have seen some of the car companies taking their next step towards eco-friendly cars and Honda is certainly making its mark by launching some new hybrid models that can really become the car of the future. However, when you build cars that run on hybrid and natural power, you also need to come up with ecosystem that can help those cars to perform better which is why Honda has now decided to build a Solar Hydrogen Station on the grounds of Saitama Prefectural Office. This Solar Hydrogen Station will be a part of initiative program known as Electric Vehicle Testing Program.

Honda will also come up with an electric power outlet equipped FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle that will be available in the market by March 2012. Honda is trying to experiment with all this for its next generation personal mobility products for which Honda and Saitama have collaborated. The all new Honda FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle will have an outlet that will function at 10kW or higher power source. This is Honda’s attempt to cut down the CO2 emissions in the environment. Since the FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle runs on a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen the power produced from it will have zero CO2 emission. Honda is planning to make this car as one of the best cars in the future that will perform and at the same time keep the environment clean.

Honda and Saitama Prefecture have collaborated on this in March 2009 and they are working together on environmental issues. Hence, Honda has now decided to come up with Electric Vehicle Testing Program in Saitama where they can test their advanced electromotive technology and communication which can help the world to cut down carbon emission. Honda stated that this step, the Saitama Prefectural Solar Hydrogen Station will become one of the first stations to supply hydrogen power. The FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle can get fuel here at the station and gradually it will transform the society into low carbon mobility society. Honda further said that they need to reduce and replace fossil fuels and use new technology because that can help in climate control and make environment better.

With their new FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle Honda has already taken one step ahead to come up with hydrogen technology that can soon become the most happening technology in the world of automobiles.
