Chevrolet is already making news all over the United States with their Chevrolet Volt, but they are now looking to take their next step and launch their highly anticipated Chevrolet Colorado which is a midsize pickup truck and that has already passed through the final testing in Thailand. The all new Chevrolet Colorado is being assembled at the Rayong assembly plant and it will be the next generation Chevrolet Colorado which will be sold in various markets like Africa, Asia Pacific, South American and Middle East. However, Thailand will be the first country that will get to see Chevrolet Colorado.
Chevrolet engineers are already done with the pre-production of the vehicle and they have added some really great features to the vehicle to make it tough. The all new Chevrolet Colorado will feature crew cab and extended cab variants and will be powered by GM’s new fuel efficient four cylinder Duramax diesel engines. Hence, Chevrolet is sure that this is a high performance car from their side.
Roberto Rempel, Chevrolet Colorado Chief Engineer said that his team has come up with better finessed truck and it will meet the demands of the local market in South East Asia and abroad. He also added that he and his team has worked hard on the truck during the development process to make sure that the vehicle competes with the best trucks in the market. He further stated that Chevrolet Colorado is a world class truck for all kinds of buyers and he is pleased with the performance.
