New York has always been a place with stories. In New York stories can come out of practically anything, and thus is the story of Paul Teutul Sr. and Paul Teutul Jr. and their metal workshop called Orange County Choppers.

Today this name a different meaning altogether as practically every kid in America love this shop and its owners the Teutul but this was not the case when this shop started off. This was a metal workshop that had been started by the duo of Teutul’s that made customized choppers for people who wanted it for them.

2002 was a year that took this workshop to a different height when discovery put them on television. In the year 2008, on January 18th , the show got its first premier on TLC, the sister channel on discovery and since then it has been topping the charts for one of the most watched shows on television.

Produced by Pilgrim Films and Television, this show took the concept of a reality television to a new level where people would spend hours watching the episodes are and to look into the nitty-gritty’s of the entire process of building choppers.

One of the latest editions saw the inclusion of the Seimens Smart Chopper, a chopper that runs on electricity. This would be the first time an electric motorcycle would be brought to a show and this has already found a lot of takers.

The Seimens Smart Chopper has been touring the country since it was developed in August and released into the market and it has already developed into a very popular chopper. A reality television show that has already made its mark in American television is trying to get more people watch them and this episode might just do wonders to its audience.
