To decrease the noise reduction in the car Buick engineers have made different changes to the car including transmission and gears, electro and electromechanical parts, fuel delivery and brake function, air induction and exhaust and even road and wind noise. The car also has dual density carpet on the floor which ensures that tire noise is reduced. It also has three layers of acoustic insulation material that ensures that the no wet road noise is audible. The car also has isolated chassis components which reduces the vibrations over irregular road surfaces to provide better driving experience.
