If we talk about the styling of this hatchback there is nothing new to it because the styling is taken directly from 2010 Honda Fit, but there are some touches given to it to make it look a bit different from the 2010 model. Honda has paid a lot more attention on the economy where buyers are interested in buying cars that are value for money rather than going for cars that are glossier. Hence, the hatchback body style is designed to provide maximum passenger space and cargo room. Hence, even though the car looks small from the outside but there is a lot of space for the passengers inside.
On the front side Honda Fit 2011 has huge headlights along with radically angled roof pillars that makes it look sporty from the front. Since Honda has been marketing Honda Fit 2011 as a small car that is big inside they have certainly paid a lot of attention to the cabin space. Hence, passengers will find that they have a good amount of leg space and sitting space even though the car appears small from outside. The dashboard layout is simple and orthodox and therefore there is not much to expect from it. Like any other Honda car, most of the controls are within the reach of the driver and that has been done intelligently. 2011 Honda Fit Mechanical Features
To a lot of extent there is nothing new in the Honda Fit 2011 because it’s a copy of Honda Fit 2011, but there are certain points that still catch the attention. First we take a look at the features which are repeated. The car comes with one engine that has 1.5 liter four cylinders rated at 118 horsepower and 106 pound torque. It also has the same easy shifting manual transmission that is available in Honda Fit 2010. However, Honda has added a new antiskid system to their regular VSA system (Vehicle Stability Assist System) which helps the driver to keep the car from skidding sideways.
However, it has been found that the engine noise in base models are louder than in Sport models and therefore people would certainly appreciate Sport models. Hence, Honda Fit 2011 hybrid is certainly going to be a tough challenge for cars like 2011 Ford Fiesta and 2011 Nissan Cuba or Versa.
